Unless otherwise stated, all items come with a 12-month warranty. All warranties are return to base. 

Goods that have been damaged for any reason may not be covered by warranty.

If a device has failed within the warranty period (12 months unless otherwise stated), we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and the relevant return address. Products may be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer’s warranty conditions. 



Goods can only be accepted for return if faulty. If you think you have a faulty product, please contact us at atrepairs@dtsl.co.nz as soon as possible. Please note that items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted. Please ensure a description of the fault is included with the returned goods and the package is clearly labelled with the RMA number and your return address details.

The above return policy does not apply to any clearance or sale items.


Product availability

From time to time some advertised products may be out of stock. In these cases you will be advised, the product will be ordered from the supplier, and it will be supplied to you as soon as possible. Please note that many of our suppliers are based overseas so delivery times can vary, but are typically 10 - 15 working days.

Your rights

None of the above affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993).
